Referral attribution
Give a referrer a link or token and preserve who brought the buyer into the Stripe checkout flow.
THE IDEA
Your checkout should not be the end of the sales system.
A product can already accept payment and still be hard to distribute. SDN adds the bounded layer around the checkout that turns referrals into attributable sales and attributable sales into settlement.
Commission + payout
Turn an eligible referred sale into a commission record and carry it through the payout lifecycle.
Refund + reversal
When the underlying payment is refunded, keep the affiliate-side settlement state aligned instead of leaving stale commission behind.

SDN is aimed at sellers who want other people to distribute their product without rebuilding referral attribution, commission state, payout state, and refund corrections as separate systems.
BOUNDARY FIRST
Build the real chain first.
V1 is focused on one product, affiliate distribution, and real settlement. Broader product-owner and network-to-network capabilities stay outside V1 until real demand requires them.

V1 is being built and validated now.
The implementation repository is private during the current V1 build. This public page is the product surface, not the technical source of truth. Public self-service signup is not exposed here yet.
